No — Sawtelle Laundry Club is exclusively a pickup-and-delivery laundry service. You manage your account via our online portal and schedule pickups at your convenience. 

Yes! When you schedule your order via our online portal, there is a text field that allows you to write in specific instructions for the handling of your laundry, i.e., "please hang dry all jeans," etc.

You will also be able to write instructions for the driver, such as sharing a gate code or providing directions to your apartment, i.e., "Go through the side gate, our apartment is up the second stairwell on the left," etc.  

Our pickup and delivery window is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 11 am. On the morning of your laundry pickup, you will be notified of the driver's movements via a series of text messages, including an approximate time of arrival. 

Yes! Every month, Sawtelle Laundry Club will run discount coupon codes. Those codes can be found on our Facebook and Instagram pages (@sawtellelaundryclub). 

We also send our weekly or bi-weekly emails with discounts from our info@sawtellelaundryclub.com address. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you are not receiving our emails. 

When you schedule your laundry pickup, there is a dedicated "promo code" field where you can enter your coupon code.

Each load is carefully sorted by color, fabric, and care label at our professional facility. Premium detergent is included, with options for hypoallergenic or stain-boosting additives.

Standard premium detergent comes with every order. Add free & clear for sensitive skin or Oxi for tough stains — just note it when scheduling.

Yes — we handle comforters, down items, sleeping bags, pet beds, and more with appropriate cycles. Flat rates apply for larger pieces.
