We arrive Monday–Friday between 8 and 11 am. Simply place your bags on the porch, with your doorman, or inside your gate. No need to wait around — we text you when we’re nearby and once we’ve collected everything.
We sort & wash with care
At our partner facility, each load is carefully sorted by color, fabric type, and care instructions. We use premium detergents (including free & clear or OxiClean options) and commercial-grade machines that clean deeply while protecting your clothes.
We dry, fold, and prepare
Clothes are dried at the perfect temperature to avoid shrinkage, then expertly folded — shirts crisp, towels fluffy, socks paired. Everything is organized just the way you like it, ready to go straight into drawers.
We bring it home fresh
Within 24–48 hours (or same evening for rapid orders), we return your laundry to the same spot. You’ll get a text when it’s on the way and when it’s arrived — fresh, folded, and ready for your week ahead.
